KFM Legal's Black Card unlocks the full power of strategy, advice, and partnerships. As a Black Card member, you will earn points when you purchase our services, including U.S. immigration law, emigration processing, couples mediation, and business consulting. Points can be exchanged for discounts and rewards. Points can also be transfered to other Black Card members. Black Card is available to clients worldwide.
When you make a purchase of $1,000 or more within a year from your Black Card subscription start date, the cost of your Black Card will be deducted from your legal bill. (For example, a legal bill of $1,000 would be reduced to $500). Last but not least, your Black Card comes preloaded with one hour of free legal advice on U.S. immigration law, one hour of free legal advice on emigration, one hour of free business consulting, and one hour of free couples mediation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Do the points I earn carry over to the next year's subscription?
A. When you renew your annual subscription before it expires, your points are carried over. However, if you do not renew your subscription before it expires, your points will expire and will not be carried over.
Q. Is there any limit to how many points I can earn?
A. No. You can earn as many points as you wish based on the discounts and rewards brochure on our website. Keep in mind that points, discounts, and rewards are subject to change. Click here to download our discounts and rewards brochure.
Q. How will I earn points when my family member or friend buys a Black Card?
A. Your family members and friends must email us at info@kfmlegal.com from the email account they used to subscribe to Black Card. Once we confirm with them and once their payment is processed, points will be added to your Black Card.
Q. If I choose to reload minutes on my Black Card for consultation, how will my minutes be allocated?
A. You can allocate your minutes to all four of our services equally, or you can allocate them to one or more of our services. It is your choice.
Q. I live outside the U.S. How can I purchase a Black Card?
A. You can purchase a Black Card online with a credit card. In some instances, when a credit card payment is not possible, we can accept a direct wire transfer from your bank.
Q. If I exchange my points for cash back, does that mean I will get real money?
A. Yes. Cash back means you will receive 100 USD in exchange for the points outlined in our discounts and rewards brochure. You can exchange some or all of your points for cash back. For example, if you had 290 points, you could exchange 200 points for 200 USD, 40 points for 15 minutes of free consultation, and 50 points for a 5% discount on legal services. You are totally in control of how you exchange your points.
Q. Can I earn points if I do not have a Black Card?
A. No. Points, rewards, and discounts are available to Black Card members only. You must purchase a Black Card to enjoy the benefits.
